Our parent company is IFM Investors, with offices in London and across North America and Europe. IFM Investors is a global infrastructure manager with 3 decades of experience in the infrastructure sector and £64bn of infrastructure equity assets under their management.

Owned by pensions funds and inspired by their members, IFM Investors primarily invest in OECD countries, with a focus on North America, UK/Europe and Australia. IFM has invested more than £5 billion into UK infrastructure alone over the past 20 years, with investments including stakes in Anglian Water, M6Toll and Manchester Airports Group. Once purchased, they adopt a hold, manage and reinvest strategy, taking a patient, growth-orientated approach to choosing assets.

We are determined to introduce a greener way of working to our industry and we hope that this strategy can be the start of a wider movement.
